We've just launched a brand new website for Private Properties Abroad.
We concentrated on improving customer usability and design, streamlining the website layout and introducing a cleaner brand interface. After consultancy with Private Properties Abroad, it was agreed that contact information should be more prominent. The navigation system was also highlighted using a 'grid' of colours and shadow effects.
By spending time in 'user labs', it became clear that many customers prefer to quickly find things they need. A new 'destination search' system is built into the website, allowing customers to either browse or directly search for ideal properties.
The result? We've designed for the needs of the customer, improving usability and creating new functionality. We've also empowered Private Properties Abroad with a new CMS system, which allows for rapid updates of content and news articles throughout the year. That's good for customers and search engines, too.
Find out more about the project or visit the website at www.ppaproperties.com
If you'd like to be empowered with our CMS, why not call us on 0845 056 8392 for a demonstration? We're sure you'll be impressed.

Customer loyalty is THE key to success, especially when your competitors are only a click away on the web. Making your website 'sticky' keeps customers coming back for more - but how is this done? Here's our 3-point guide:
1. Update regularly and frequently
By updating your web content, people will return to see what's new. Updates don't have to include new products; they can be new links, new articles or new documents to download.
We offer 2 solutions for updating content - a bespoke Maintenance Agreement (we update for you) or our Content Management System (allowing you to update content yourself).
2. Maximise on web features
The web has a vast range of features above and beyond other advertising channels, all of which empower your customers. By adding the ability to store preferences, comment and rate your products & services, send information on to friends, and download bespoke documents, you'll increase customer loyalty.
The Designory studios can research, plan, design, and deliver all kinds of web interactivity to perfectly match your business needs.
3. Create a newsletter
Invite your customers to subscribe to a free email newsletter and send them information, news, and offers. This not only keeps customers informed 'direct-to-inbox', but also reinforces your brand.
We provide a complete service, including copywriting, design, production, and email distribution.
